SveltO Sport is comprised of 6 key steps, tailored to your needs as an athlete:
Step 1: Understand the root causes of your performance “ceilings”
We analyze the factors that hinder your progress (chronic fatigue, stagnation, insufficient recovery, hormonal or metabolic imbalances) and work to defuse them to avoid blockages and optimize the training/recovery cycle.
