These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all services offered by FRANÇOIS LOVO, operated through SARLU FRANÇOIS LOVO, a single-member limited liability company and publisher of the website www.francoislovo.fr.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the contractual foundation between François Lovo and his clients. Any booking, order, or purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all paid services offered by François Lovo, whether provided in-office, via teleconsultation, remotely, online, through programs, digital content, audio products, stays, retreats, or natural products, including Aromiels.
They apply to all clients, whether individuals or professionals.

Scope of Practice – Non-Medical Nature
The services provided fall exclusively within the field of:
• well-being,
• lifestyle hygiene,
• terrain support,
• non-medical prevention.
They do not constitute medical acts, do not replace appropriate medical follow-up, and are not substitutes for diagnosis or treatment prescribed by a licensed healthcare professional.
The client remains responsible for their medical care and agrees to consult a physician for any health-related issue requiring medical intervention.

Services Offered
Services include in particular:
• naturopathic consultations and functional assessments;
• individual or couple support and personalized programs (SveltO, Cellular Reset, etc.);
• audio content, assessments, symbolic letters, and symbolic therapeutic materials;
• online sessions, workshops, seminars, and retreats at Casa Lovo;
• natural and handcrafted products (including Aromiels);
• digital programs and personalized audio or PDF files.

Booking – Cancellation – Rescheduling
Appointments may be booked via the website, direct contact, or partner platforms.
Any session not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance remains due in full.
In the event of duly justified force majeure, a rescheduling may be proposed.
Significant delays (over 10 minutes) may result in a shortened session without fee reduction.

Prices – Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (except for book sales).
Services may be paid by:
• credit card,
• bank transfer,
• cash (in-office),
• or any other payment method made available.
Remote services, programs, support packages, and digital products must be paid in full at the time of order.

Digital and Audio Products – No Right of Withdrawal
The client acknowledges that the purchase of digital content provided immediately (personalized assessments, symbolic letters, audio files, online programs) entails no right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Any digital order is therefore final and binding once the file has been downloaded, sent, or the service has begun.

Specific Conditions – Aromiels
Aromiels are handcrafted preparations made from honey enriched with authorized food-grade essential oils, developed within a well-being and lifestyle support framework.
For liability reasons:
• They are not medicines.
• They are not intended to prevent, treat, or cure disease.
• They do not replace prescribed medical treatment.
Each Aromiel is prepared using natural raw materials within an artisanal setting.
Delivery times are indicative.
In case of defect or damaged product, the client has 7 days to report the issue. Refund or exchange is possible after return of the intact product.
No refund is possible for opened or consumed products.

Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products
For unopened physical products, the client may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days, in accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Return shipping costs are borne by the client.
Products must be returned new, unopened, and in perfect condition.
Opened or altered perishable artisanal products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Intellectual Property
All content available on www.francoislovo.fr (texts, images, videos, audio, protocols, methods, PDF materials) is protected by copyright law.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data – GDPR
Personal data collected are processed by François Lovo as Data Controller.
Purpose: bookings, communication, document delivery, newsletters, and client follow-up.
No data are sold or transferred to third parties.

Liability
François Lovo cannot be held liable for:
• misinterpretation or inappropriate use of advice provided;
• the client’s dietary, lifestyle, or hygiene choices;
• consequences resulting from modification or discontinuation of medical treatment;
• indirect damages.
The client remains solely responsible for their health and medical follow-up.

Disputes – Applicable Law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the registered office of SARLU François Lovo.
