Wellness massages
Each of our massages is enhanced with a Chi Nei Tsang session, a holistic abdominal massage technique focused on the internal organs.
Presentation
Before each Chi Nei Tsang session, I always offer a massage dedicated to relaxing the body. This preamble is essential: it helps to soothe the nervous system, loosen the tissues, release superficial tension, and bring your breathing into a more fluid rhythm.
When the body relaxes, it naturally opens itself to deeper, more subtle and precise work, particularly in the abdomen and internal organs.
The massages offered are deliberately selected to accompany this specific practice, in a logic of physiological and emotional coherence.

Massage programs
Full body relaxation massage (derived from Swedish massage)
Swedish massage, when practiced in its gentle and enveloping form, is ideal for preparing the body for visceral work. It softens tissues, releases muscle tension, improves circulation, and induces deep relaxation of the nervous system. It is the most effective massage for calming the body before Chi Nei Tsang.
I advise you not to detail the techniques (stroking, tapping…), but to present it as a general muscle relaxation massage.
Balinese massage (relaxation version)
Balinese massage combines muscle work, fluid movements, gentle acupressure, and warm oil. Its relaxing nature and influence on breathing make it a good preparation before abdominal work.
It reduces tension, calms the nervous system and harmonizes bodily energy.
Ayurvedic massage (gentle Abhyanga)
Ayurveda is excellent for:
• Relax the nervous system,
• regulate breathing,
• open the abdomen indirectly,
• to soothe emotional tensions.
A gentle Abhyanga is excellent preparation for visceral work, as it deeply relaxes the superficial layers before moving towards the more subtle areas.
Diaphragm & back massage (based on Tui Na techniques / gentle pressure)
You can present this as a back and diaphragm massage, not as a full Tui Na.
This is perfectly consistent before a Chi Nei Tsang session:
• the diaphragm relaxes,
• breathing opens up,
• The fascia relaxes,
• Lower back tension decreases.
Lymphatic drainage (gentle, wellness version)
Manual lymphatic drainage, practiced in a wellness context, optimizes circulation, reduces inflammation and helps to detoxify tissues.
It can prepare the ground for abdominal work, particularly when the person presents:
• water retention,
• digestive heaviness,
• low-grade inflammation.
Ko Bi Do massage (facial detox & vagal soothing)
Ko Bi Do may seem far removed from the abdomen, but it promotes:
• relaxation of the nervous system,
• emotional calming,
• stimulation of the vagus nerve (direct link with the abdomen).
It's a wonderful preamble for people who are very anxious or cerebral.

OUR TIPS

WHY CHI NEI TSANG
Chi Nei Tsang is a visceral and holistic approach. It involves dynamic manipulation of the abdomen. Chi Nei Tsang uses a pleasant, deep touch. The Chi Nei Tsang practitioner helps the body's internal organs function more easily.
According to Chinese philosophy, the intestine is the organ responsible for eliminating waste and retaining what is beneficial to the body. It acts as a kind of filter, helping to maintain the body's balance.
The practice of Chi Nei Tsang aims to restore the harmony of our energy circulation (Qi) for the greatest balance between our body and mind.
